Are they dishwasher safe?

YES! Unlike vinyl or other printing types, laser engraving is permanent and won't fade from the dishwasher. We want you to be happy, not give you tendinitis in your elbow from handwashing our cups.

Shipping time?

We process all orders in 1-2 business days. Orders for a single wine, shot, or whiskey glass ship USPS first class and arrive in 2-5 business days. Orders for more than two glasses can take up to 5-7 business days.

Do we offer bulk discounts?

What if my glasses break in transit?

We pride ourselves in our packaging skills. Here at LOL Glass we spent more time obsessing over the perfect boxes and bubble wrapping techniques than he'd like to admit. The result, you have better odds of being struck by lightning than receiving a broken glass from us. If this insanely rare event did actually happen, we'd have another sent out immediately. We've been told that lightning never strikes in the same spot twice, therefore your glasses will always arrive safe.

Gift wrapping/Gift Notes?

We don't offer gift wrapping, but we do make sure to not include any pricing info in your order. You can also include a gift note during checkout. Your gift note is printed directly on the packing slip included with every order.

With multiple glass order each glass is packaged individually which is perfect for wrapping or gift giving as is.

Where are we located?

All orders ship from our shop in Florida.
